Operating Rates At Copper Semis Plants Will Fall Back In June

The estimated operating rates of each copper processing sector in June are as follows: copper pipe industry (84.86%)>copper plate/sheet and strip industry (74.93%) >copper cathode rod industry (71.27%). The average operating rate across copper semis industries is expected to be 73.82% in June, down 4.63 percentage points on the month but up 2.93 percentage points on the year.
